Ephesians was written by the Apostle Paul (though some scholars question it), most likely from Rome while he was under house arrest
It is addressed to the church at Ephesus, which was a major city on the western coast of Asian Minor (modern Turkey)
c. 61 A.D.
In Ephesians, Paul paints a breathtaking portrayal of the church as the centerpiece of God's plans for the world and calls those in Christ to live in a manner worthy of this high and holy calling!
